NIVRA AI is a fully integrated AI powered planning + verified contractor company for Indian construction, built to bring order, transparency, and trust to a sector that has stayed unorganised for too long. We are starting operations in January 2026, with several interesting construction projects in the pipeline across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

    How NIVRA AI Was Born

    For years, we watched how Indian homeowners, developers, SMEs, commercial projects owners, and government bodies struggled with the same problems—no firm timelines, weak planning, compromised quality, and very little use of technology in day to day work. Workers and subcontractors rarely received technical guidance or training, and end clients were almost always unaware of the real time “next step” once the foundation was done. That is where the idea of AI construction management and transparent execution ideas started taking shape for us, resulting the foundation of NIVRA AI.
